For Zenden Pro subscriptions, contact us within 30 days of a billing charge at contact@andeanbearstudios.com and we will issue a refund. For Mac App Store purchases, use Apple's "Report a Problem" flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. Zenden Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Paddle billing portal.

What does the free version of Zenden include?

The free tier of Zenden is fully unlocked for direct P2P transfers: unlimited file size, unlimited recipients, folders, multi-file sessions, and 7-day sessions. No credit card, no account. The only limit is that free transfers use STUN-based NAT traversal — on networks that block direct P2P connections, a transfer may not establish. Pro adds TURN relay (up to 100 GB/month of relayed fallback traffic — covers mobile hotspots, carrier NAT, and iCloud Private Relay) and cloud async upload so recipients can download even after you close the app.

TURN relay kicks in on networks that aggressively block P2P: mobile hotspots with carrier-grade NAT, corporate firewalls, and connections behind iCloud Private Relay. Most users never hit the relay cap because most transfers complete directly. If your workflow involves exclusively relayed transfers (e.g., you send from a mobile hotspot daily), 100 GB covers approximately 10–20 typical large-file sessions per month.
